The company is committed to comply with the laws and regulations for national workers, occupational ethics, social responsibilities and other applicable industry standards or international regulations, and continually improve the working condition and welfare of workers in the guidance of EICC.
- Ensure conformance with the EICC.
- Advance the implementation of human rights, social responsibilities and ethics.
- Ensure conformance with regulations specified in the social responsibility management system.
- Establish effective human rights, social responsibilities and ethics management system, archived, endorsed and disclosed if necessary.
- Implement, uphold and communicate to workers the policies about human rights, social responsibility and ethics. Ensure workers recognize the standards and use them as references at all times.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, fair business and fair competition in all business interactions with suppliers.
- Record the status of human rights, social responsibilities and ethics management system and make statistics analysis.
- Review the status of the management system on a regular basis and take corrective and preventative actions.
- Require the next tier suppliers to acknowledge and implement the EICC.
